And I have actually been resting.
Well, doing fairly sedate touristy stuff anyway which counts as "resting" in my book these days. :)
After sleeping in to about 7ish I had a leisurely breakfast, wandered into town and did some shopping.
I also booked tomorrow's adrenalin rush session (more about that tomorrow).
Towards the end of the morning I booked a trip on the TSS Earnslaw to Walker Peak for a barbecue lunch, a dog working demonstration, and a sheep shearing.
The steamer sailed at 12:00 and was back by about 3:30ish. All very civilised with spectacular lake views and an "open" engine room where you could actually watch the steam engine in operation.
The lunch was excellent, and large enough that I may skip dinner.
A very pleasant day all things considered. :)
